Mountain Lixia Building: A Delicate and Comfortable Office Space

Creating a New Landmark Office Space for the Group

The purpose of the Mountain Lixia Building is to create a new landmark office space for the Group. Inspired by ink paintings without color, the design showcases oriental art and aesthetics, allowing visitors to deeply experience the convergence of Oriental humanities in a mysterious and illusory space. The building stands as a testament to the mission of the future era, incorporating elements of ecology and future vision.

The design of the Mountain Lixia Building utilizes large-area artificial stone, metal lines, and greenery to create an interesting environmental dialogue in the lobby. The contrast between light and dark, as well as between virtual and real, enriches the artistic atmosphere of the space. The use of texture and material decomposition, reorganization, and collision results in a simple yet lively volume, creating a unique visual experience.

Located in Jinan, the Mountain Lixia Building started its construction in August 2019 and was completed in October 2020. The project aimed to meet the current design trends and the owner's demand for quality. The office area spans nine floors and accommodates approximately 400 people from the group headquarters and subsidiaries. Additionally, three floors are dedicated to reading rooms, meditation and leisure areas, and multi-function spaces.

The Mountain Lixia Building has been recognized for its outstanding design and creativity. It was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2021. This prestigious accolade is bestowed upon designs that exhibit strong technical and creative skills, contributing to improvements in quality of life and making the world a better place.

With its unique blend of oriental art, ecological elements, and a focus on creating a comfortable working environment, the Mountain Lixia Building stands as a remarkable example of innovative office design.
